At Add Some Class, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and shipped in a timely and efficient manner. Below are the terms and conditions regarding our shipping and freight processes.

Freight Setup

Add Some Class does not directly handle the setup of freight shipping. All freight arrangements are managed by our partnered manufacturers to ensure your items are delivered as efficiently and safely as possible. Once your order has been processed, shipping and tracking details will be provided by the manufacturer or freight carrier.

Delivery Address

All items must ship directly to the customer. We are unable to hold items on behalf of our customers or delay shipments. Please ensure that the delivery address provided at the time of purchase is accurate and ready to accept delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These costs are determined based on the manufacturer’s freight policies, the size and weight of the items, and the delivery location.

Delivery Times

Delivery timelines may vary based on the product, shipping destination, and freight carrier schedules. Please note that Add Some Class cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as these are managed by our partnered manufacturers and freight carriers.

Inspecting Your Delivery

All shipments must be inspected upon arrival. If any damage is noted:

  • Document the damage on the delivery paperwork.
  • Refuse the delivery of damaged items.
  • Notify Add Some Class immediately at sales@addsomeclass.com or (916) 866-9293 to arrange for replacements.

Failure to inspect and document damages during delivery may result in no replacement being issued, as we may be unable to determine the fault of the damage.

Additional Shipping Restrictions

  • Add Some Class does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Additional fees may apply for shipments to remote or hard-to-access locations. Customers will be notified if these fees apply before shipment.
